Bazaar Interactive Marketplace

Outdoor markets are all about sampling, but how many gourmet slatherings on mini toast can one politely demand? That’s the beauty of QT Bazaar. At your own pace, you can stickybeak at ‘street stalls’ and tuck in to generous lashings of high-end gourmet fare at this new take on the classic buffet.

From the get-go you’ll understand this ain’t no Sizzler. The chefs who prepared the menu are on hand to explain its origins – that’s if they aren’t whipping it up before your eyes, to your own specifications. Like a Donna Hay picnic table, QT Bazaar dishes are lovingly presented in mismatched bowls and platters, while baskets of produce form a backdrop for your perusal. You won’t hear any tut-tutting over quality as you file past Asian woks, wood fired pizza ovens, fresh seafood and daily salads. Hatted chef George Francisco oversees the lot – better save a belt notch for his signature mini panna cotta.
